Fantastic location and breakfast

Good hotel, well located and excellent staff especially at the front desk who were knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. No spa which is unusual for a 5* hotel and no room service.

Good stay

Great from start to finish. Everything was wonderful from the room to the food. The coffee in the breakfast room was not good though, if I'm being really picky! A bit on the pricey side but worth it for the special occasion this time.

Spacious, clean and extremely comfortable rooms, great views from the upper floors, super breakfast - a true five star stay!

Great hotel, but of a walk to the centre but I think a hotel like this can do better than Luke warm buffet breakfasts.

Exceptional hotel. I even returned to my room and there was a card and a cake from the hotel for my birthday. I didn’t inform them it was my birthday so they must of found out from the passport etc

Very comfortable stay for quick trip to Ljubljana. Nice room, great staff. Easy walking to old town and other sights.

Room temperature control was awful. Apparently all hotel is on heat, and no matter what you set on thermostat you will get 22-25 degree- way to hot to sleep at night. Room has No windows to open ( that is expected for high tower) - ventilation is very poor in the room. Very stuffy in the room. Restaurant is excellent but waiters crew is not. They have one- two bottles of sparkling wine -enough for several guests but refuse to get more when asked. Five star hotel?!!! Really? Over a bottle of wine?) Oh!, bedding- not good. A lot of synthetics, feels cheap and uncomfortable. Parking is expensive compared to parking just outside the building across the street. Just park there - dont bother with hotels’s one. Really it is 4 star hotel with 5 start frontend

What a beautiful hotel and oh my god what a beautiful city and totally walkable from this hotel. The beds were soooo comfy and the reception staff were so helpful could not thank them enough

Friendly staff especially Misa (there were 2) They hooked us up short notice for private driver to Lake Bled, and it was on All Saints Day holiday. Only negatives.... the slipperest shower i have EVER witnessed. And 2) felt so dirty for bar tender Friday night. He was the ONLY staff there and there must have been 40 people sitting eating and drinking. He took orders waited, made drinks and took money. I guess due to holiday, but SOMEONE should have helped him. Many were frustrated Amazing free buffet!!!
