Peaceful paradise. Off the grid vibes.. beautiful

We had such an amazing stay at Ibuku Hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature with breathtaking views. Our house was beautiful, comfortable, jacuzzi and had a gorgeous view that made it even more special. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We also really enjoyed the food: both breakfast and dinner were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing stay. We truly loved it and hope to come back again one day.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. Everyone was so kind and helpful, even carrying our luggage to our villa. Breakfast was amazing, and the hosts made sure we had absolutely everything we needed. They went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back and see them again!

The views are stunning, but a few details could be improved, especially for what seems to be a luxury stay. Some parts of the room felt a bit worn. The curtains were falling apart, and the kitchen light bulb hung so low that I kept hitting my head on it. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming, and the breakfast left room for improvement, as the bread was hard on both mornings. The room service meals were tasty, although quite expensive, like most things at the hotel, but I can understand why. On a positive note, the spa was fantastic, and it was a nice touch that the staff offered to warm it up before we arrived. We also really enjoyed that the kayak was available free of charge. It was a great experience and we had a lot of fun using it. Parking was somewhat challenging due to the limited space and the rough condition of the road. There is also a very sharp turn when leaving the property that forces you to reverse before continuing, which makes maneuvering a bit tricky. Overall, we had a great time and I would come back.

The room was a little dated for us, it was noisy when someone walked around at night , stairs were little steep. The staff was very friendly loved the scenic views. Overall good place to stay.

The room was OK! The concept is beautiful but needed a lot of cleaning! We lap had to drag our luggage up and down and that was a workout!! Other than than everything was good It’s relaxing

Our stay at Hotel Westad was amazing overall. We stayed in a cabin over the water, and the views were absolutely beautiful — such a unique and relaxing experience. Breakfast was excellent and very well done, and the staff was truly outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. That said, there were a couple of downsides during our stay. Unfortunately, we noticed a dog drinking and licking water from the jacuzzi, which made us uncomfortable and prevented us from using it, as it didn’t feel sanitary. Additionally, there was a party happening nearby that lasted all night until around 5 or 6 in the morning. The cabins are not soundproof, so it felt like the party was happening right in our room, and we were unable to get any sleep. Despite these issues, the property itself is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff really does an excellent job. These concerns did not take away from how great the location and accommodations are, but they were part of our experience and worth mentioning.

The rooms are exactly what you see in the pictures online. The view was one of the most spectacular parts. The value for your money is also exceptional. I really enjoyed my stay at Ibuku, the staff was very helpful with everything.

Amazing cozy cottage cabins with beautiful view. The location is very secluded and private. Gorgeous restaurant sitting area and great service. Near a beautiful and fun Guatape Old Town.

Pros, if you are looking for great Instagram or social media pictures, this is definitely the place. The restaurant was beautiful, the food was excellent and the service was fantastic in the restaurant. We did not experience any of the problems we read about as far as water or the hot tub. We had hot water and the hot tub worked great! Cons, you will hear chickens at night, and you will hear your neighbors. The biggest con was that we arrived one hour early and our cabin was ready however we had to pay $25 extra just to get in one hour early which I didn’t really think was very good customer service as our room was ready. Overall, a very cute property and definitely worth the stay. We did get wonderful pictures here!

The hotel is beautiful, well taken care. The service is outstanding. This place could had have 5 stars, if their food was better. That is our only complaint, the food was just ok. But everything else deserve an excellent score, we are definitely coming back

All the staff members are amazing!! Juan is an amazing person (owner) is in the property all the time. The cabin was well maintained, clean and secure. They have a restaurant in the place. Our experience was unforgettable. I recommend this hotel 100%.
