Simple and good

Ideal location. Quiet, safe and peaceful location, steps away from the Sacred Heart Sanctuary. Room was very nice and the hotel staff was excellent ... warm and friendly and helpful! My only suggestion is it would be nice to have a hot water kettle in the room.

Staff, amenities, cleanliness

Lovely hotel, great position by the canal and basilica. We had a flat tyre in the morning and Mathilda on Reception was an absolute star, Googling methods for loosening tight bolts, watching YouTube videos then jumping on the wrench herself to loosen them - Amazing, thank you. Very good meal too.

Good for the money

The hotel is lovely, in a beautiful setting. The staff wee wonderful, so kind an helpful. The room was not the biggest, but i had plenty of shelves and storage space.

Meget smukt og autentisk hotel. Vi boede i en suite med terrasse. Både værelse og terrasse var fantastisk. Meget rent og velholdt værelse og hotel. Kan klart anbefale at besøge dette hotel og gå en tur rundt i byen.

Expérience catastrophique. Au moment de régler la note, l’hôtel a tenté de me facturer une consommation que je n’ai jamais prise. Et au lieu de reconnaître leur erreur, j’ai eu droit à 30 minutes de perte de temps, un personnel désagréable, hautain, et clairement pas professionnel.Leur attitude était inacceptable : aucune excuse, aucune remise en question, juste une manière de parler qui frôle l’irrespect. On a presque l’impression qu’ils cherchent à faire payer des choses au hasard en espérant que le client ne vérifie pas.Pour un établissement qui prétend offrir un service de qualité, c’est une honte. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel. Il existe des endroits où le client est respecté — ici, ce n’est clairement pas le cas.
