I didn’t feel the room was very clean. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work, so there was no where to do my hair in front of a mirror and we had a wedding to go to. The location wasn’t bad but the food at the hotel was way overpriced even by American standards. I did like the valet parking but I dont know where I would have parked anyway if it wasn’t for the valet, so not Really Much of an option anyway. the staff were pretty nice. The gym was decent. The location was alright. It had cool vibes and looked neat

Love Hotel Indigo Expo in the Chapalita Area of Guadalajara! We are repeat visitors on stay cation when we come to the city. We love the restored hotel for its unique beauty, friendly professional service, spacious elegant and comfy rooms, rooftop bar, and convenience to many cafes and restaurants. Its a central location. We will definitely return!

They did great

The hotel is out of the area I asked. 1/2 an hour driving from where I wanted to be. The room is really small and it is in an area that you canot walk because it is in the middle of a highway

The exterior is plain, but I was surprised to find that the interior has been beautifully renovated.

As soon as I was given a room. I saw a dead cockroach, the biggest I've seen in my life. I was given an upgraded room but i was not very comfortable

Great location easy to get in and out. Very friendly and helpful staff. We found out they had a rooftop with music on the weekends but sadly we found out too late. Would stay here again.

My room was a sauna asked plenty of times to fix the a/c it was never fixed

This is a nice property with great staff. Good location nearby the Expo. My only problem was with the water in the shower. Pressure was nearly zero. My usual 5 minute shower took at least 10 minutes with the slow dribble from the shower head. It should be better at a nice hotel like this.
