I was so impressed by this place. The rooms are perfectly designed, very spacious, they contain everything one might need. The residency sits atop a mall, but somehow feels free from the shackles of the city. There is everything you might need in the mall; supermarket, pharmacy, spa. I could have just stayed in the residency and gone nowhere. But it is also conveniently located to move across the city. What a find!

Room was spotless and, with a full kitchen, washing machine and living area, very accommodating.

Rooms was excellent with a view of Nairobi downtown, had house cleaning everyday, staff courteous and friendly especially Samuel who helped with local stuff like restaurants which made my stay really nice. Very safe will definitely come back and stay, highly recommend.

Good place and convenient space.

Loved my stay here! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is situated inside of a mall which is really convenient because I went to the grocery store every day to buy snacks :) The room was HUGE! I actually had the 'smallest' room and it was a studio but the bedroom was separated from the living room with a partition so it seemed a lot bigger. The ONLY issue is that the wifi didn't work for a day so I used up a lot of my data. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for one week and had an excellent experience. The hotel was clean, well-organized, and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Every staff member I interacted with—reception, chambermaids, and even the parking entrance team—was incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful. The location made everything easy. There was quick access to all amenities, and I always felt very safe walking around the area or taking Uber rides across town. Getting to the airport was simple as well, with the expressway conveniently nearby. The hotel staff also treated my fiancée with such kindness and care, which made our stay feel even more special. I will definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to all my family and friends. Ps as I didn’t use the gym or swimming pool I left my rating blank

Staff are friendly and professional. Great location with grocery store, food court, pharmacy, cafe, bar and restaurant without stepping out of the complex. The rooms are spacious and have the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable. Transportation can be arranged for you upon pick up and drop off to any of the airports.

Absolutely top-notch service! I highly recommend this place. Every single staff member here went above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate situation (which they didn't need to do, as they were not at fault) Bonus location that they are attached to a mall which makes getting quick items super convenient. Felt safe 100% of the time. As far as the actual stay, the apartment is exactly as pictured. It's spacious and beautiful.

This is almost the perfect stay in Nairobi. The price was fantastic, but the quality of the apartments is amazing. Extremely spacious and well equipped and within a five mk talk of the National museum. I felt safe walking around in the day, but with limited street lights I tended to uber at night - even short distances. The mall below the apartments has a food court and a well stocked modern supermarket with everything you need to prepare meals etc. the store has a liquor store if you want alcohol for your room. This will be my first place to check for any future stay in the city

Great hotel, clean and good location. Every is polite and helpful. Foodcourt downstairs with a supermarkets. Kitchen in really good and well catered.

Good sized apartments overall. Rooms sometimes small compared to size of the rest of area. Best value are the studio and 3 bed apartments.

Great place to stay in heart of Nairobi. Very convenient, very accessible, lots of amenities due to its location in a mall. Housekeeping was very good. Spacious apartments with a great view. Will stay again. Lovely Gym and Pool.

The staff were very helpful with information and instructions. It was easy to settle in and all amenities needed were available and easy to access. The residence was very clean and well maintained. It would be nice to have more sockets that accommodate various plug types for ease of charging laptops and phones.

It is an excellent place to stay. I loved it to the latter, Charles, Josephine at the reception and Fredrick were wonderful people. The cleaner that. One every morning are awesome.

Just stayed for night but spacious, new and well maintained apartment with mall on 2nd floor which gives access to food court and shops including super market. Made our stay pleasant.

Loved my stay. I will be coming back :)
