Hotel was nice, good premium feel but at a good price

I liked the hotel. Very clean room, and great location. Only disappointment was unable to get an evening meal after 6.30pm in the restaurant because of a large function that evening.

Lovely friendly staff, smooth check in and check out, room was made up daily. A lovely valentines get away.

Room was great warm and clean the staff who carried out the foom service was great the whole service was spot on

Disappointed with state of the room when we arrived complained to the manager she couldn't have been more helpful moved us to another room and couldn't have been more helpful

The receptionist that checked us in was the most kindest, most beautiful person , we had ever met . She was helpful and extremely professional. We would definitely stay again

All staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. We had a sea view room and it was just lovely to look out across and see the pier and all the ships sheltering from bad weather in the Bay. And the breakfast in the morning was just lovely to sit down and enjoy a good standard.
