Loved the room, and the view of the lake was beautiful. We didn’t see any staff - so can’t comment on that. The vending machine didn’t work for us - so that . Loved the touches of the continental breakfast - and everything was perfect !

The studio was even better than pictured and super clean. Parking is easy as each studio gets its own spot or two. The retreat is completely quiet so it’s very serene in the early morning and at night if you fancy stargazing. The breakfast provisions were much appreciated. Highly recommend for solo travellers, couples or groups as there are studios that are clustered together!

Beautiful retreat right in the heart of Hunter Valley. Modern and thought out room with all the amenities you need. Loved the views of the hills and lake, with the bonus of seeing a couple of wild kangaroos early in morning outside of the cabin! The breakfast provisions are a nice touch, as is the complimentary shuttle to Bimbadgen. Would really recommend the latter for their sunset sessions.

Great stay at lane retreat. Amazing view of vineyard and mountain range with kangaroo sightings. Room was new and clean and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Delightful accommodation, self contained with everything you need. The breakfast provisions were generous and high end, really appreciated and added a special touch to the stay.

Lovely location. Lovely crisp clean accommodation. Breakfast very light with limited condiments. You actually don’t have contact with any staff.

Beautiful relaxing venue a real treat

We felt comfortable from the moment we walked into the space. The kitchenette is adequate, the bathroom with a double shower was a great layout, and the view of the vines and misty mountains was spectacular

Stunning pet friendly villas set around a peaceful lake. The villa was spotlessly clean, fully equipped little kitchen, very comfy king size bed and en-suite. Incredible views from our villa of the property and lake. Got to enjoy kangaroos sunning themselves around the grounds, a very peaceful location. The staff were very helpful and friendly too and very welcoming of our pup. We would absolutely recommend and property and will stay there again in the future.
