I actually ordered a triangular house facing the lake and was given a square room instead.

The staff is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only downside is that the rooms are poorly maintained. They need to be fixed up to make the rooms more comfortable. Thanks, Diamond.

The staff is very friendly, any shortcomings are quickly addressed.

Next time will come again.. not disappointing, all facilities are complete.. the staff are friendly.

Very disappointing:(. I booked 2 rooms in the Lumbung Deluxe Cabin type house by app, when I arrived at the location I was dropped off at 2 white houses with the excuse that it was full & there were already guests, even though the white house was much cheaper. The white house was cramped, very dirty, the front door couldn't be locked, the bathroom door couldn't be closed. When we arrived in the afternoon, the hot water in the bathroom wasn't on, we were forced to take a cold shower. Even then I came repeatedly to ask for help for the hot water. So not recommended!

Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Heater di kamar tidak berfungsi. Sedangkan cuaca di sana pagi dan malam dingin di daerah kaki gunung. Pelayanan staf sangat baik dan cepat dalam merespons.
