Clean. Small rooms but well designed so not noticeable. Good bed but pillows too small and soft. Good location. Efficient and friendly staff. Breakfast is fine but could be more varied.

Overlooking large cemetery was an interesting view. Seemed pricey for such a small room, which was comfortable anyway.

I found couple of lengthy hair on my pillow when checking in. I asked for another room which also had hair. The staff checked out the previous room and hasn't identified the problem. I pointed to the problem. She brought a new pillow case, then folded the previous one neatly, used a roller to clean it so she can use it for another room. She ignored the second room which had the same problem. So I assume it's a institutional attitude problem. The breakfast had only boiled eggs but they were so raw that you can't even use the spoon to eat it (transparent).

The rooms are new, clean, adequately furnished, nicely decorated, but simply too small for comfort for two people (fine for one). The person on the window side of the bed cannot get out without crawling over the other occupant! At least the on-line picture is honest. Just be aware of what you are getting. Otherwise, it's a good hotel, convenient for the center of town, etc..

I did not love my stay here. I booked one of the cheaper rooms, and they all face a very busy road, and you can hear the traffic all night long. Also the hotel does not have tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms, so you have to constantly go to the lobby to ask for hot water and the employees treat you like you are a beggar. For the amount of money you do pay I find it ridiculous. Will never stay here again, and I would say look for other places that provide better facilities and a quieter location.

The location is great. Short walks to town center and several cafes and restaurants. The room is small but comfortable. The mattress was nice but the pillows were too thin for my liking.

HHE Express is the perfect place to launch your Greenland adventure! Staff is above and beyond helpful and kind, breakfast was delicious, the room was perfect: clean, comfortable, functional. Central location makes all of downtown Nuuk accessible, and it’s located in an area safe enough for a single woman to walk around at 3 AM looking for the lights! HHE has lockers you can use to store your belongings if you are going on an overnight excursion or if you arrive early/leave late. Sea view was easily worth the extra - the view out the window is like a postcard <3

Hotel is walkable, clean and very comfortable to stay, friendly and approachable staff, good breakfast, excellent internet. We have a lovely stay in Greenland.

Loved it here. Really convenient for everything.

Nice property. Good breakfast. Walkable to all sights in Nuuk. Bed comfortable but only one very thin pillow included and no black out blinds - not great in summer when the sun never sets in Greenland.
