Captal Island Villa is really the best choice in Mathiveri! The staff is super helpful and kind, the hotel has recently renovated and it's cozy and clean. The rooms are spacious and the staff do the cleanings every day. The bed is comfortable and you can really have a good night of sleep. You can choose to have breakfast, lunch and dinner in here, and it's very good to have this option. From here you can reach easily and quickly the restaurants and shops and the two bikini beaches of the island. The staff will help you organize whatever trip or activity you want to do, snorkeling to the reef, seeing corals, mantas, turtles... We had the best time of our Maldives holiday in here, it's super recommended!

Fairly new accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Service is outstanding, ranging from lodging to tours. Food is delicious and portions are plentiful. Mathiveri Island is pristine with gorgeous views and picturesque beaches. During our stay it was sunny every day even though forecast predicted rainy days. Island hopping, snorkeling and manta fish sights were all enjoyable and affordable, while swimming with Dolphins was an unforgettable experience. Great value for provided services and hotel stay; definitely recommend for couples seeking tranquil and quality time in Maldives. Visited in mid-October.

Our experience at Captal Island Villa in Mathiveri -Maldives was simply extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an outstanding staff, incredibly kind and attentive. There wasn't a moment where we felt neglected or unwelcome; they made us feel like part of family. One of the most beautiful aspects of staying on a local island like Mathiveri was the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local culture. Thanks to the hotel staff, we had the chance to discover and authentically experience the life and traditions of this beautiful place, something we would hardly have been able to do in a traditional tourist resort. We participated in nearly all the excursions offered, and we can highly recommend them. The staff made each excursion an unforgettable experience allowing us to explore the natural wonders of the Maldives safely and engagingly. With a bit of luck, we had the incredible opportunity to spot harmless mantas, sharks, dolphins, and turtles, along with a wide variety of colorful fish. It was truly breathtaking and unique experience. The coral reef and sand bank along the hotel's beach is simply spectacular. Unfortunately, all vacations must come to the end, but the wonderful memories created in Captal Island Villa will stay in our hearts forever. My mom and I came here from Germany, Europe and had a great time. The rooms are clean and nice, especially the bathrooms. The service in the villa was excellent, especially when we asked for extra towels etc. and the cleaning as well. The whole team around the house was very helpful and at every our somebody was sitting at the entrance desk in case we wanted to book a took or ask for something. Both for women and children this is a safe place and a pleasant and friendly environment. I will come again and look forward to it!

We spent a month in the Maldives & Mathiveri was our favourite local island!! 😍 This place is total paradise… The guys who run Captal Island Villa are extremely friendly & hardworking. They made our stay particularly memorable. The guesthouse itself is everything you’d expect from a local experience, just a short walk to the beautiful bikini beach. We are already dreaming of our next visit!
