This place is faultless ! :~ the staff, the cleanliness, the care, the spaciousness, ambience, comfort, amenities, ... All, Everything is Wonderful, one of the Best places I've ever stayed in & I travel a lot ! Immaculately spotless whites, bright, light, clean, fresh, usually quiet with shared kitchen & ensuites, fridges & fans in rooms + TVs, sinks, kettle s, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, body & hair wash, hairdryers, towels, bedding, chairs, desks, free safe parking, within short walking distance into town & shops, it's got everything you could need or want & at the most competitive affordable prices !!! ... Shared use of kitchen with 2 fridges & a freezer compartment, cooker, oven, hobs, washing machine, clothes airer, iron & ironing board, kitchen sink, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans, ... !! ... I've seen an example of the single room, I personally wouldn't choose it as feels very narrow, confined & basic & have exclusive use of an external shower room with personal key but I prefer the twin room with lovely big bay window with ensuite shower room on the first floor or double room with ensuite would be my next choice but depends on your budget as they are tired in price. ... Katherine the young lady who assists with check-ins, bookings & any problems, is Super, Wonderful, Very sweet & extremely quick & responsive & she does everything perfectly, politely & efficiently, she is lovely & Very Good !! All good. Clean. However heaters not switched on room was cold

I’ve stayed here four times for work and it’s been consistently great. Check-in is simple, just ring the bell and you’re in without any hassle. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well kept. It’s a reliable place to stay and I’ll be booking again.

Great accommodation. Can't fault it. I had one of the rooms with separate own bathroom. My room was on 3rd floor, bathroom on second floor, and I had a key for it. I had a towel and clean bed sheets, everything smelled fresh and was clean. The floors were clean as well, and room was warm from the radiator. I always found parking in front of the accommodation, so never had to use the nearby parking, but it's quite cheap if you have to. The check in went super smoothly, I was showed around by a polite person and given the keys. Checkout was "contactless" (dropped off keys in a postbox). There's also a fully equipped shared kitchen with 2 frige freezers and a washing machine + cooking amenities and utensils. Impressive. Highly recommend 10/10.

The hotel was easy to find and the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. I had everything I needed in terms of amenities. Free parking across the road was a plus, lots of spaces.

Didn’t end up staying even a night, due to external issues. Nothing related to ISUITES. But place was basic and would have done the job. Reminded me a bit of a prison cell. Not that I’ve ever been in one :)
