The location and property were very nice but the room needed updated. It definitely needs new flooring the carpet was dirty and ragged. It also could use some new curtains they were old and wrinkled. Other than needing some updates it was a great stay.

wow what a stay we had! The hotel is not only luxury and stylish, it was also super clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly. A big thank you to Kostas for looking after us. My partner hurt his foot and Kostas kindly brought him ice every day and looked after us during breakfast. The hotel has an amazing roof top and right in the heart of Athens. I would absolutely recommend this place.

The location is perfect, very short walking distance to all restaurants and shops and 25 min to the Acropolis. Our room was very large with a nice balcony. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and had a nice view of the Acropolis. The room was super clean and the housekeeping lady was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

It’s very close to downtown & tourist area. The staff were excellent and very cooperative. Room was nice and clean, a little small compared with USA hotels. But we really enjoyed ourselves in this hotel, should we visit Athens, we will stay with Apolo Palm Hotel again.

Everything is absolutely great until they have a party on the rooftop bar and they play music till 1130 or 12 and you can hear it in all of the rooms other than that it’s a wonderful hotel

Nice for a good solid stay in Athens overall. The male staff, Thomas and Dimitri, are extremely nice and helpful and made the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was excellent with great variety, and love the rooftop view of the Acropolis each day. However, some issues included the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways which had multiple stains, scuffs, chips, and were in some general disrepair. Additionally, room layouts were a bit confusing for the space.

Great location, room layouts are very awkward, with some having a ladder to access the bed on an upper level. The flooring in the entire place is carpet, which is dirty and stained. If they replaced the carpet with flooring it would greatly enhance the overall appeal.

We stayed at the Apollo Palm for 3 nights before our cruise. overall it is a great small hotel with everything you need. breakfast was included and was amble and delicious. The rooms are a bit outdated and potentially need the carpet replaced both in there and in the hallways, but overall beds were comfy. They use some type of perfume cleaner or spray that was very strong. Suggest that they go to something with less order as it was very strong. View from the rooftop of the acropolis is great, especially at night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It does look like it’s in a bit of a rough neighbourhood at first but if you go right out of hotel and then left and right at first street you are into the area of all the restaurants and on your way. It’s about 20 min walk to plaka and we didn’t need a cab at all

Nice view and very close to everything!

The location worked for what we needed but didn't seem to be in a very nice area. The carpet in the rooms were disgusting, definitely wear shoes. The sink faucet was so loose, we thought it would fall off. The sheets were clean & we slept ok which was what we needed but don't stay if you're looking for luxury.

The room itself was small. The bed was pushed up against the wall meaning I had to climb over my wife to get out. Carpet old and seemed dirty. Good shower, fridge, coffee/tea. I wish the breakfast started earlier. 8am so with certain activities and airport time, never got to enjoy except for one day with a nice spread with good rooftop. Quiet in late April. Location is outstanding. One street removed from the 2am noise. Decent pastry shop a block away that opens 6am and minutes away from Monasteraki square. A good value.

Whether we were heading to historical sites, restaurants, or shops, everything felt conveniently close. Overall, we highly recommend The Apollo Palm Hotel. It offered comfort, convenience, great service, and excellent value. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Athens.

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was excellent. A full breakfast with many selections. The hotel arranged transportation to and from several areas. The room was a little smaller than I expected, but everything was very nice.
