We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Property and staff is wonderful. Only problem is that Expedia says the presidential suite has 2 bathrooms. It only has one. It was an inconvenience

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

Clara e Isabela, o rapaz da manutenção e o rapaz que estaciona o carro são muito profissionais. O gerente também muito profissional. O café da manhã não é bom. Tive que pagar para estacionar o carro!!!

O quarto é muito bom, equipe atenciosa, mas o banheiro deixou a desejar pois tinha sujeira que não era nova, limo em muitos lugares. Porém ao solicitar a limpeza foram prontos em resolver! Por isso 4 estrelas

O sistema de café da manhã não é legal assim, de entrega nos quartos, atrasou e no quarto dos meninos nem chegou... O hotel é uma graça, bem localizado e o atendimento é excelente, equipe da recepção e manobristas muito bons
