The stay was good but not much space in the room for 4. The beds rolled at the edges so you had to hang on to stay in bed! The lobby area was fantastic and they staff were lovely too. The menu was very limited and didn’t give a choice for vegetarians or people with dietary needs. Had it been more varied we'd have liked to dined in. However, overall a good experience

Really poor, £210 room, with No Air con. When we checked in I was not made aware of any issues, and proceeded to ask the way to the bar as had work emails to send and was ready for a drink after a 7 hour drive, was told the Chop restaurant and bar was closed for an “event” and would be closed all evening. Was told to walk into Glasgow to find a Wetherspoons if I wanted a drink. The car park is Tiny, and an average sized car cannot park in those spaces. The room on P floor was supposed to be one of the better rooms by all accounts, and for £210 i expected it to be nice, it was not. No Air con, and only low heat option or nothing. Opened the windows to be greater with the sound of sirens and other delightful sounds. Breakfast was poor at best, and fortunately managed to get a table before a bus tour arrived for breakfast and emptied the place of food. Rude people with no idea, I’ll be booking elsewhere for my next trip to Glasgow.

This hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants and some shopping.

Location was somewhat far from center, not a lot nearby. Staff were generally nice but room was uncomfortable- very hot, loud, and terrible sofa bed (mattress). Breakfast was very limited- Scottish breakfast and a few pastries only.

We booked the suite room for 3 people -there was a very nice King sized bed in the one room and a sofa bed in living room -the sofa bed mattress and springs was worst I’ve seen since I was a kid at a relatives house 50 yrs ago. You could not sleep on it. I ended up putting couch cushions on the floor. The staff at reception said the sofa bed was 2 years old -it seemed like 50 years old—I asked them if they ever heard of new foam mattresses !!!! The room was nice other than not vacuumed very well under the couch sofa bed. I don’t know how a nice hotel like that thinks that anyone even a child could sleep on that. It put a damper on our 2 night stay there.

Nice hotel but rooms way too hot no air conditioning. But for these two things it would get our highest rating.

Everything was great except there was a container with food in it still in the room dated may and we arrived in June so it’s been there for a while which was strange

When we arrived the receptionist was very very friendly and we checked in without any problem. We had two rooms booked but had to pay for them separately even though we were one family. The rooms both had big king size beds but I thought I would ask for them to be split into twins due to our children being teens when I called reception I was told this could not be done we later found out that there were twin rooms but this was not offered at the time of asking. The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. Unfortunately our sleep was not the best due to hard pillows and the worst curtains I have ever seen in a hotel, they let the daylight in all around the edges and as the sun came up the room was bathed in light at 4am. At check out we were not asked about parking whether we were in their own car park or another and therefore had to go back to get our ticket validated to get cheaper parking. We had high hopes for this hotel but quickly agreed we were unlikely to return.

Was perfect from start to finish. Easy and fast checkin. Lovely welcome on arrival. Room had 2 queen beds so a little small for 2 “pals” sharing bed but it was fine

Nice hotel near city center. Clean, excellent bar area, good service. Breakfast was a bit lacking, but otherwise nice stay.

The bed was very comfortable, the view from the room balcony we had was brilliant. Very nice reception staff and very clean. I recommend a visit with a balcony room. We will return for another stay.

The one thing that lets this hotel down is the car park! It’s very inaccessible and extremely hard to park a car safely. The layout is simply terrible and it would put me off staying here again if taking a car. Was just glad my husband was driving though he struggled to park safely.
