Overall was nice, friendly staff and great location. Vintage furniture and tasteful design.

I have stayed at Villa Kars several times and find the location perfect and a lovely historical property. If you want to visit Gymri and have a wonderful experience, then Villa Kars is the hotel you want to stay at.

Location is great. Service and staff are excellent. Could be a bit more updated and clean. A security guard or a night watch would be strongly recommended for this location. My very last day, property had very loud and obnoxious guests. No one seemed to do anything about it. Need to manage who they rent out. Because they loose real clients over one guest. Very frustrating when you have to get up at 4am and shut other guests up so you can get some piece and quiet on your vaca. Very unfortunate that I had to see and experience how no one cared what type of guests they cater too. I could not go back to this place again.

I didn’t room , useless furniture, no refrigerator, some part of shower is broken. Terrible breakfast

Villa Kars is an authentic place in the heart of Gyumri. The location is fantastic with many museums and churches in a walkable distance. The rooms are unique, each has its own style and name. We stayed in the room named after Mush thus time.
