We absolutely loved our short stay here. It was in pristine condition, perfectly clean, comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very kind. The location was perfect, next to the entrance and within a short walk to many restaurant and market options. We felt very spoiled and would love to come back again.

The hotel was beautiful and walking distance to Petra. Staff were so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.

The only down side was thatbthe pool and spa facilities werent available as it was technically still winter when we visited. The location is walking distance to the petra visitors centre and tourism street where you can visit the many little cafes. The staff are the best ive met in every area of the hotel. I highly recommended this property.

Great location with walking distance to Alpatra

Can recommend staying at the Petra Moon Luxury Hotel if visiting Petra. The main entrance is around the corner and we got very good advise from staff the best and easiest way to see the Monastery. This was very helpful as I hadn't found this route anywhere. Staff extremely friendly. Breakfast was a fantastic spread; we had 1 dinner there which was good as well.

Where do I begin! We’ve been to many hotels around the world and this one is definitely at the top of the list! Rooms are super CLEAN, breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty foods, room has a smart TV with netflix and other entertainment apps, they fast room service (delivering water & ice upon request), room had complimentary “welcome pastries,” quiet environment, and short 5 min walking distance to Petra entrance. Staff was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated that it was for only 2 nights. Also, valet parking is included with your stay. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. I recommend Old Street Cafe! If we ever make back out to Petra, there’s no doubt we will choose this hotel again and again!!!

Very well located. Right in front of the main entrance to Petra. The hotel is beautiful and we got a room with a really nice view. Staff was super nice. Breakfast was amazing.

They are not good

Very conveniently located across from the entrance to Petra. The staff are very friendly, and even gave us complimentary late checkout when we requested it. They will also fill your water bottles with cold water and ice - much needed for a hot day out in Petra! My only criticism is that I would not recommend eating dinner here. The food was very average, and much more expensive compared to the restaurants nearby.

Air-conditioning in the room was perfect despite the heatwave temperature outside. In the shower, the water pressure is too low, which makes bathing a difficult experience

We had two nights here in May, The hotel feels new and is well maintained and very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade to our room. A short walk (3 minutes) to the Petra gate it is perfectly situated for people who want a full day and evening without the hassle of additional transportation. Will stay here again next time I go

The streets are very steep. The downtown area looks run down so we did not venture there. However Petra was only a 5 minute walk in pleasant surroundings and a panoramic view.

Really well-placed hotel for Petra. Staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed two nights and had a very nice room with good views. Restaurant was very good. A definite recommend and perfect for visiting Petra, being just a few hundred yards from the gate.
