Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The location was really walkable and in the heart of centro histórico. We really enjoyed the daily breakfast especially the fruit!

When I checked in, they tried putting me in a room on the top floor that smelled of damp and contained 2 single beds… very much not the room I’d booked, which had one double bed. They moved me immediately after I complained. The correct room was large but cold. The layout of the dining area is very cute. One morning at 4:30 when my transport didn’t show up for an excursion, the overnight receptionist really looked out for me and called me a taxi.

The interior of this hotel is centered around a perfectly renovated courtyard that has been enclosed to connect 2 buildings into 1. The courtyard is where breakfast is served (hot and cold offerings every day), and makes for a wonderful start. Be aware that this building is a 4 story walkup, which can be challenging if you live at sea-level and suddenly find yourself at 11,000 feet.

We loved our stay at Suenos del Inka! Such a great location and beautiful public areas to hang out. The breakfast was delicious! We highly recommend!

Un hotel de contrastes. Está ubicado en una casa colonial hermosa, pero no del todo bien mantenida. Pros: localización, habitación grande con un baño moderno, el desayuno es decente. Contras: camas con ruedas que se deslizan al menor movimiento, cuarto frío, las ventanas amanecen empañadas, cajilla de seguridad que no servía, tuvimos que pedir cobijas extras por el frío en la madrugada. El check out es a las 9 de la mañana, algo que es un poco ridículo. Por el precio por noche perfectamente podrían mejorar los aspectos negativos, que sí hacen diferencia.

This was a nice property with great common space rooms and very helpful staff. My only complaint is the sound coming through the doors from the hallways.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and will help with any questions or services needed. Very clean and inviting. Private bathrooms. Breakfast in the morning is light but very good. I enjoyed my stay.

Suenos del Inka is a nice hotel that's close to the Main Plaza of Cusco (in other words, the main attractions and shops in Cusco). The room was clean with 3 beds, perfect for our family of 3. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I want to call out especially to Rosa, whose communications were always informative and to the point. We booked a Secret Valley day trip (in a group of 14) through the hotel and it was nice. Nights in Cusco in April were a little chilling, but there's an electric standing heater that solved the problem. There was no air conditioner otherwise. A few minor complaints: 1. The breakfast was good but not great. I recommend the staff to try it out a couple of times to figure out what can be improved. 2. We stayed in room 3xx and getting to the room was quite a climb, especially in this high elevation area. I used it as an exercise for my visits to the Inka ruins :). However, seriously, if there are seniors in your group, let the hotel know and get a room in a lower level. 3. There could be more hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels. One tip: get a snack (picarones) from Picarones Ruinas, which is right across the street. We had twice!

This hotel was a great choice for my group of 10. It is in a great location with some really wonderful restaurants within a 2 minute walk. It is very close to the Plaza de Armas and great shopping. Best point, it is at the bottom of the hill so easy on the lungs! The hotel itself does have lots of stairs, but they have lovely sitting areas in each floor foyer. Even with the stairs, I would book rooms on the 2nd floor rather than first as the dining area can be very noisy. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The staff is amazing! They honestly couldn't do enough for all of us. A special shout out to Luis and Edwin who went above and beyond!

The staff here are amazing! The shared meal space is adorable! The location is great! We loved the view from the balcony on the 4th floor. However, there is no ventilation in the bathrooms, so our room had mold/mildew all over the walls and ceiling beams. You could smell it the second you walked in the room. The carpets were also very old. I woke up each morning unable to breathe in or out my nose. If the bathrooms were fixed and the old carpet replaced, I would highly recommend.

The WiFi connection is very slow. Since most tours from Cusco start early in the morning, it would be helpful if early breakfast or a packed food box could be provided. There is no elevator available to carry luggage to the rooms. The toiletries provided do not meet the expected standard. One of the staff members was not courteous.
