The Laundry Rooms Waterloo is our go-to when visiting our son at university - feels like home and pet-friendly too!

The place was great, has everything you need. The only thing I was disappointed in was that the pool area was closed. The main reason I picked this place was for the pool. I didn’t get my moneys worth.

I’ve stayed at this property several times. I was disappointed at the cleanliness when I checked in. There were crumbs on the coffee table. One of the bath towels was obviously used and put back as it has a strong odour. Later in the week I went to use another towel and facecloth and both were stained with black marks that looked like someone used them to wipe the floors. The towels were definitely older and should be replaced. Also the TV kept disconnecting from the internet daily making it very frustrating to watch. The staff tried their best to correct this and also had the suite cleaned again. If you value having a TV don’t stay in unit 1606 as the staff couldn’t fix the internet problem. I definitely will stay again but request a different room to have a working TV.

Full kitchen, amazing view, dimmable lighting, smart tv, fridge & freezer, washing machine & full laundry. Bed was mediocre but it was clean with ample pillows. Had everything we could need. Excellent location with good food within a 12 minute walk -- most being 3-8 minutes. Transit nearby. Easy parking. Responsive host. Digital entry was easy. Would stay again.

The room had everything we needed ! My mom was displaced from her apartment due to fire and we needed something safe, close, and quiet for her and her dog ASAP !

This is not a hotel. This is a condo. No one there to check you in. Had to download apps, etc.. I had to get Tennants to let me in to building. I would like a refund as this stay was terrible.

Everything was perfect

Room was clean, no odours, check in was simple and communication was easy with the virtual concierge. (Make sure you look at the photos sent for the room key app to gain access) Excellent views from the room!

Had a very good stay here. The place is very clean and had everything you needed. The view was the best part! Will definitely be staying here when we visit Waterloo again!
