I like how the informations needed by the guests to access the property were sent via email with proper guidance and direction. Also, the technology on the door to access the property. The serenity and privacy of the home was good amongst other things. Also the rooms are clean.

There was no heating on during my stay; the room was cold. The TV on the wall had no nearby socket to plug it into. The lamp on the table had no socket to plug it into. Two of the pictures on the wall were shocking. The curtains were back to front: the right side faced out, and the lining faced the room. Moreover, they were really thin with lots of human hair between the lining and the curtain.

Absolutely disgusting. Smelt like human piss HORRENDOUSLY. Carpet was miss coloured from stains. Burn marks on blanket. Bed was floor level. Smelt like fresh current cigarette even tho there’s no smoking signs. Would absolutely not stay here!!!!!!! My clothes all smelt the next day. I backpacked Thailand and nothing was this gross.

Good service nice clean had minor issues with the check in main entrance code but rang up was resolved in 2 mins nice bed YouTube Netflix everything is brilliant place be back sgaisb

My two nights were terrible. I was left in freezing cold unable to gain access due to the lock. Owner was not immediately available for support. A guest smoked cigarettes and weeds on both night with windows shut. I returned to a smelly property. As a non smoker this was unacceptable. My clothes and air felt dirty. The same client cooked with windows shut causing the smoke alarm to go off disturbing my peace. Kitchen was used and not immediately cleaned after use by other guest.

I did not end up staying as the room had no proper ventilation but just one tiny window on top. It was stinking. It was a tiny room. I left. I need a refund

The bedroom and hall carpets were badly stained.No light in the bathroom.Property had a smell about it.Several guests turned up and needed help but could not get the property owner to answer the phone.Property advertised off road parking but was street parking

it was hard to find the right door on the street and then enter the code on the door as it was difficult to understand. the bed frame was very creaky and there was not even a lamp in the room. the bed was comfortable and the pillows were also soft. room had a good amount of plug sockets and a nice window on the roof. overall not too bad but improvements could be made

Would be nice when booking to be told there is no tv in the room as the one i selected on the picture it showed a tv.

It was very comfortable

No signal for tv no tea or coffee but clean room and very comfortable bed. The area is quiet so had a great nights sleep. Couldnt connect to the wifi

The property itself was well kept, clean, and had good utilities. Parking was not at all clear, since it seemed to be in a permit-only area so I parked about 10 minutes away on foot. Strange area to stay in, but again, the place itself was nice and well kept.

The property was excellent value for money and the system for entry was very organised. Its a shame my bed sheets where dirty and the duvet had a brown stain which spoilt my stay.
