It would be nice if you have elevator especially for the customer who can’t climb the stairs,But you have Excellent customer service.

Overall room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Easy walk to shops and Mall, with parking at front.

Really lovely hotel with kind staff. Only thing differed from listing is that the coffee shop on first floor is closed. But 7-11 a couple blocks away and a nice karaoke resto-bar one block away.

It was overall ok. Hope you have generator for electricity back up during power interruption.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and well lit, where needed. A cafe is attached to the lobby. Very happy with my stay!
