We enjoyed our first time stay at Atami but didn’t see anything “premium” about this Onsen. The breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfying.

Great location, close to train station and the beach, very nice onsen.

Breakfast for Foreign guest want more choice. Like omelette , toast, good quality bread. Fresh orange juice( surrounded oranges, tangerine in this region) Cappuccino. Descent Fork & knife ( available small plastic fork, spoon only )

Great access to a train station, shops, restaurants, and the beach. This was our 4th time staying but will visit there again!!

Loaded with tons of amenities and features like hot springs, karaoke, table tennis, etc. for which I did not have time to try thoroughly. Each and every space was clean. Has courtesy shuttle for people leaving in the morning. Buffet style dinner was so gourgeous that I felt like being a king.

食事の時間が二部制で、夕食１.５時間 朝食１時間が、忙しなくて残念だった。 両方共早い時間だった為 「次のお客様が」と言われ、 出てみると次の回の人達が長蛇の列。 仕方ないのかもしれませんが、次回はもっとゆっくり食事出来るところにします。

バイキングが充実していたし美味しかった！！マッサージしていただきました！とても上手で再度していただきたいです！

Great staffs, nice amenities and services. The only problem is the restaurant. Inferior arrangements for dinner and breakfast. Highly inappropriate for a traditional hot spa hotel restaurant .

料理の品数や味、スタッフさんの接客応対や駐車場までの送迎、ドライバーさんの接客応対などはとても満足出来ました。 あと、私はお酒を飲むのでラウンジや風呂を出た後のアイスやアルコール、ソフトドリンクの無料がとてもありがたかったです。 あと、立地がとても良かったです。

客室、スタッフは非常に良かったです。 レストランの日差しが眩しく過ぎて　とっても暑く　食べてて不快でした。 窓にブラインドやカーテンなどを付けるといいのではないでしょうか。

入る前は外観見て古いと感じたが中は清潔で綺麗だった 特にお風呂は広くて満足でした。 朝食の焼き魚は美味しかったです。

スタッフも親切ホテルも清潔で綺麗です。いい風呂会員になると当日割引となるサービスの説明がなく会員になったが不適応になってしまったのが残念でした。

温泉はいいが、露天風呂の開放感を感じられなかった。フロントから下の部屋で、窓がなく閉鎖感があり寛げなかった。熱海に泊まった感をもっと感じたかった。

ホテル前がお土産街なので、海鮮物がすごく美味しかった。蕎麦も美味かった! 目の前は海なので、窓からの景色は清々しくて本当に気持ちが良かったです。 ホテル滞在時も卓球やカラオケなど無料で楽しめたり、ドリンクやお酒なども無料だったりかなり楽しめました。

何がプレミアムなのかわからない。
