The location is awesome, and it's near a bunch of cool spots. The staff is super helpful and friendly—seriously, they're a perfect 10! But the rooms need some work (leaky water, uneven flooring, mold, and a damp closet). I hope the management fixes this stuff ASAP.

The hotel is very dirty, lots of rats, the housekeeper and receptionist are not there.

In term of pricing and hotel services, there are more better and cheaper than Isvara, with better fascilities like front Car Park. Frontdesk officers' and security officer's manner to communicate is unacceptable. Needs to be improved. Room Cleaneliness is unacceptable, needs to be improved.

Good place for staycation and the best place to whoever needs peace

The room is old, the blankets, pillows and towels are thin and old too.

The floor was dirty, very dusty, as if it had never been cleaned. The AC also seemed dirty because it made a heavy noise. The soap seemed to be mixed with water because it was runny. It was really difficult if you brought a car because there was no parking, you had to use the valet, in a busy location. Hotel slippers had to be requested first. The toilet and bathroom were separate but very far apart. Not next to each other.

The room was aesthetically pleasing and quite spacious. There were a few issues during our stay: the room wasn't soundproof, so conversations could be heard in the neighboring rooms. Breakfast service wasn't great, starting at 8 a.m. (it's a la carte, not a buffet). Otherwise, it was fine, and it's quite close to town. Thank you.

Absolutely satisfied! The service and staff are incredibly friendly! It's so close to everywhere, I ended up staying here for two days, hehe.

Clean room, clean bathroom, really good service! All the staff are friendly, the staff and security guards are all quick to respond when asked for help, very, very satisfied! 🥰

The location is good, but the area is congested. And also the hotel is very noisy at 1 am, the hotel cleaning service is mopping at 1 am and super duper noisy. It's very uncomfortable. And the window curtains are also not light-absorbing, so it's very dazzling

The room was downgraded and there were no other options and no refunds because we arrived on the same day and at night.

The room is old and dirty, but the staff is very helpful and friendly, and I wonder if it's just my room or what, at night and in the morning there was a knock on the door, but when I checked, there was no one, not even once or twice... but the staff is very kind and helpful.. btw there is no parking space but free valet

The service is really okay with affordable prices. I swear the valley service is very helpful. The staff named Burhan also often helps us valley back and forth and is very friendly. Cool

Highly recommended for those who want to stay near Seminyak but are looking for a low budget accommodation, very comfortable, the amenities are very complete, don't ask, I like the interior design of the room the most! When I entered the room, I couldn't believe that a hotel like this costs 300 thousand + 😌
