The room is spacious, comfortable, with cool air conditioning... There's a refrigerator, a desk, and a sofa. There's also a balcony... The reception service is excellent... The breakfast is delicious and varied.

A hotel that is always clean inside and out

I booked a non-smoking room, but there was a cigarette butt under the table, even though I brought a child, otherwise it was okay.

Negative: I stayed on the 6th floor, and it was quite noisy at night, perhaps because the room wasn't soundproof at all. So, when other guests walked by and chatted, and it seemed like there were a lot of families staying with children, it got noisy. My room was non-smoking, but I'm sure someone had smoked there because it smelled bad, and the bathroom smelled like urine. I ordered a mocha latte at the restaurant, and I apologize, but it wasn't good at all. Positive: The room was quite large and had a balcony, even though it overlooked the moat. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The Wi-Fi was fast. The kids' pool was separate from the adults', which I liked.

Overall, staying at the Grand Cityhall hotel was top notch!! The hotel is comfortable, strategically located, close to everywhere, near Deli Park mall, and the surrounding area is also busy because of many events 🥺 Initially I booked a deluxe, but it turned out there was a renovation, so I was upgraded to a premier deluxe which is also a very cozy room. And honestly… OMG, the view 🥺✨ is so beautiful, the room is modern and super comfy 😍 I want to highlight that the staff are very kind and helpful... they immediately provide solutions whenever asked for help, the staff service is really champion!! Friendly, responsive, and communicative. So the experience is still very good, especially the staff at the restaurant, Kak Ade is one of the staff who is really helpful at the restaurant, helping get our food. Definitely will consider coming back again and hopefully the hotel will be more successful in the future ☺️

It's easy to book by phone and the hotel's location is very close to the mosque, so you can pray in congregation with local residents, and there is also a prayer room in the hotel.
