This is my first time having a really bad experience booking a room on the app. Booked with my kids after watching PJF because the apartment is relatively close to Prambanan. For the price of 700 thousand rupiah, what I got was a complete dud. From the first time I entered the complex, it was a bit uncomfortable because there were many empty, dark buildings around it. I got a room on the 5th floor with a dark and quiet hallway, and the rooms next to it had signs that said they were seized by the bank, which means they were empty for a long time. Looking down from the pool area, there were no lights on on that floor. The room was dirty, damp, and smelled really musty, very different from the photos. Checked in at 1 am and checked out immediately because besides the terrible condition of the room, it was also really scary 👹. It seems like this apartment has several names on the app, and many of the reviews on other apartment names are bad, just like our experience. It's a complete scam because we initially chose to look at the photos and some of the reviews were quite good, maybe we were unlucky to get a bad room and didn't carefully look at the reviews on other apartment names with similar reviews.

The place is very comfortable, it doesn't disappoint, the check-in and check-out system is also easy, maintains privacy, and the service is good.

Untuk apartemen dengan harga segini dan ada kolam renangnya itu rekomen banget. Anak juga senang, kolam renang bersih walaupun enggak ada Wi-Fi, enggak apa-apa karena enggak terlalu butuh banget. Mungkin sepreinya saja yang diganti karena sudah kelihatan kucel dan kotor 🙏

There are bolsters... it feels like home, it's really comfortable to stay here, you get a room with a pool view, even though you couldn't use the pool yesterday, the hot water is on, there's a kitchen & refrigerator too.
