Not up to 5-star standard. 8 million VND/night for a pool apartment, but the pool was so dirty I didn't dare swim. The water was murky, and the staff said they only filtered out debris but didn't change the water (even though it had been used for several days). The jacuzzi seemed neglected and never cleaned. There was still hair from the previous occupant in the bedroom. There was no pleasant smell except for the foul toilet odor. The grounds were tiny; the gym, kid club, spa, restaurant... everything was so small, making it feel more like home than a resort! It was crowded and chaotic during the day and evening, full of people taking pictures (those who prefer privacy should take note). To swim in the sea, you have to go to The Grand, which is a long walk and not suitable for the elderly or children. The staff service was good, but the facilities were lacking!

Everything was fine. The reception and other staff were okay. Except for one pool attendant who was unfriendly, thin, and tall. When guests went into the pool, they told them they couldn't, that they had to wear swimwear, and told them to buy swimwear. Only after the guests sat on the edge of the pool for a long time (without buying swimwear) did they finally say that male guests could wear sweatpants in the pool (which they were already wearing). They hadn't mentioned this before, and then when the guests went in, they said they couldn't wear shirts. They should have just said it once, announced it once. It ruined the holiday.

The resort is lovely, the staff are friendly, but I have a small suggestion regarding the check-in process - there was no welcome drink, and no staff to guide me on the in-room amenities (I'm comparing it to other 5-star resorts I've stayed at). Perhaps there were many other guests when I checked in, so they couldn't arrange everything in time. Overall, it was fine.

Suitable for family vacations, the villa is beautiful, private, comfortable, has a beach and a swimming pool, overall it's great. The private room on the hotel is fantastic, just enough space for 2 people and very convenient.

There is construction work going on next to the resort, so it's a bit dusty.

It's my second time enjoying a relaxing stay at Ixora Ho Tram, and once again, it was a truly satisfying experience! Everything is so well-maintained and perfectly executed. The staff are incredibly friendly and supportive, from the front desk to the pool area. We had a wonderful time as a family here. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable room, nice view, airy space. However, the room is not soundproof, sleep dark, next door room is quite noisy when coming home late at night.
