The hotel is located in a residential complex. The room was adequately sized, not too cramped, and included a single sofa and a desk and chair. The bed was a bit low, but it was fine for sleeping. The lighting was warm but still at a comfortable level, so it wasn't blinding. The bathroom wasn't too cramped, and it was okay, even though it wasn't particularly new.

Good service from the front desk staff, bellboys, and restaurant. Breakfast was not tasty, unappealing, and the menu was very monotonous. The omelet didn't taste like a pure egg; it had a lot of ingredients, making it taste strange. The swimming pool water was cloudy, probably because many guests were swimming. The balcony was not functional, there were no benches, and it was narrow, and the view was also blocked by trees.

When we first arrived, the room was clean, but the fragrance was very strong. Then, when we moved to another room, the phone didn't work. We decided to check out because we'd already moved to both rooms and had that issue. Terrible.
