The staff is really bad, they don't help me carry my stuff, they even made me walk a long way to get to them, there's no wifi either, the TV in the room is useless, the room is clean but smells when you enter.

nusalink management is quite good actually, but the room itself is too small and full of unnecessary furniture, and some of the furniture is not in a good state, it will be wise for the management to get rid of the broken furniture to make extra space in that small room, there is no hot water, but pik is scorching hot so it is not that important. beware of the apartment parking lot, if you bring cars especially in the night you need some time to find a parking space, and the parking cost is quite expensive.

The apartment room looks like it's not maintained... it's dirty and messy even though the location is strategic and nice... in the end I don't feel at home in the room... especially the bathroom... it's dirty and the things are not maintained

The AC turns itself off repeatedly, need to turn off the MCB to restart the AC, the stove is dirty, the interior is simple.

I was shocked when I came into the room, it is so smelly! The bathroom smells not good. The bedroom was stinky with the broken bed. The pillow, oh my god, it's so disgusting! Please, clean up your room before renting to people. I have to book another hotel nearby to stay this night!

Fast response CS, Staff who gave the key were friendly, there was a confirmation that it would be 20 minutes late. While waiting, you can hang out first. There are many spots to wait, not necessarily in the lobby. Waiting in the lobby is also not a problem. The lobby is nice, comfortable and clean. The room floor is a bit dirty, but it's okay to sweep it yourself. Because the type of room ordered is an apartment, so there is a broom too. Only the bathroom smells a bit, but on the 2nd day the smell subsided. Comfortable bed, cold AC. Got a very cheap price of 200 thousand, so it's worth it. There are lots of food choices. To the tourist attractions of the Dutch city, just cross from the apartment.
