The room condition is okay and comfortable, but for the facilities, no. The water in the sink is dead, there is no Wi-Fi, there is no welcome drink, and the deposit takes a long time to be returned.

It's not bad for that price, so I don't expect much.

Apartment with a very strategic location where it is integrated with the Trans Studio mall and close to toll access and complete children's swimming pool facilities. However, there are several things that need improvement, namely the cleanliness of all rooms, sheets and pillows are a bit smelly so it is less comfortable. The conclusion is that for an affordable price it is good enough and cleanliness needs to be considered again. Thank you

The deposit was promised to be returned in 3 days but it's been a week and they haven't checked in. The room was dirty and there was no wifi. I left my SIM card behind and they didn't want to help, saying they didn't know the receptionist's number, it was weird. I was really fed up.

Strategic location, friendly service. Unfortunately the cleanliness is lacking, the bathroom is a bit dirty and the bed is not comfortable.

Very bad service from nusalink, 1. The regulation from nusalink check in at 14.00 I arrived at the location at 15.00 and could only enter the room at 17.00. I wa and call no response. 2. The room was not cleaned, the sheets smelled and had holes, the towels were stained, the bed cover was dirty and smelly (see the photo) 3. The refund service is also very complicated. I really do not recommend nusalink. For the app, just delete it from the partner because it is detrimental

Waktu check ini kaget Kamar mandi banyak rambut yang ga dibersihkan, sampah yang ada di tempat sampah kamar juga ga di buang, kamar mandi banyak binatang tomcat, dan kamarnya banyak semut. Lapor ke bagian CS tp ga ada tindakan 🙃.

Meanwhile, until now there has been no clarity, when we arrived at the room, the cleanliness was still okay, but if the other facilities weren't good, the curtains were about to fall off, in the refrigerator there were traces of ice cream and it was already moldy 😭.

Persiapan dan pelayanan dari Staff-nya sangat amat lama. Menunggu sejak jam 12.00 wib dan beres/siap dihuni sekitar jam 17.00 wib. Berharap tidak terulang kembali.

Agai repot si kudu deposit 200 dan baru balik deposit nya 2x24 jam tapi punya saya belom masuk masuk juga.
