The hot water in the room doesn't work. If the staff told me or informed me that it was broken, I would have believed them wholeheartedly. But this evening, they told me that they would adjust and fix it, and explained the process. In the end, it was the same as before, there was no hot or warm water. The food was according to the condition of the guests.
