Stuffy no windows, unprepared hotel, looks like a dimly lit hotel. I went there and ordered 2 rooms when I wanted to check in, 1 room was not ready, but after about 10 minutes it said it was ready but with 2 new guests coming out. I immediately asked for a refund but it was not possible but it was possible. Still, I didn't stay because the hotel was bad.
