The water hasn't been running all day without any reason and no solution as to when it will. Towels aren't provided unless requested.

Strategic location on the main road. The room is clean and comfortable, the water is flowing, but the TV has sound but no picture.

This hotel is a mess. We already booked but when we arrived the hotel was declared full.
