In February 2025 we planned to stay at this hotel because we saw previous reviews. After arriving at this hotel, it turned out that the condition did not match the photos. And far from expectations. The lobby is very narrow, it seems to be divided into a used clothes shop and a JNE courier room. The hallway to the room is dark. Damp. And smells musty. A bit scary. The room is very small, damp and dull. And finally we decided not to stay at this hotel even though we had paid for 2 days. But when we wanted to go out. This is the most horror. The door can't be opened even though we pulled it hard. I tried to call JNE next to this hotel with the aim of asking for help with information to the receptionist to open the door. But all the phones that were there were not answered (telephone information from Google and JNE center). Because in the room there was no receptionist's phone number that could be contacted. We panicked. Finally. We banged on the door. After being trapped for a long time, approximately 1 hour. Alhamdulillah someone opened the door. Namely the guest next to the room. Maybe they felt disturbed because our room door was banging. It didn't take long for us to leave this hotel and look for another hotel. Note: if you want to stay at this hotel. We suggest you check out the location first before making the payment so you won't be disappointed.

I am not satisfied with the smoking ban, the AC is also off, the toilet does not work, the shower also does not work, there is a tap" and the tree is not satisfied.

There's no water, it's so small that it comes out and it's hard to even take a shower.

Prices are expensive on weekends and rooms are small.

The location has lots of culinary delights and is close to the bus terminal.

The TV can't be moved but the comfort of the room is ok, that's enough for that price.

Good, according to the price, if you get too late in Lewi Panjang, there are lots of hawker stalls here.

The place is clean, the bathroom is clean, the towels and pillow cases and blankets are clean and fragrant. The place is very strategic for finding food or hanging out outside. The staff are polite and their greetings are very friendly and smiling. The price is already the cheapest with good service and quality.

The place is near the bus terminal, lots of culinary places, the rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, AC, TV, hot shower 👍, car parking is not provided.

The location is around MSquare, the area is busy with lots of people selling food. The guest house is in the shophouse next to JNE. To park the car, you can enter the front of the shop after it is quiet at night. Shophouse shape with 3 floors. Initially given the 3rd floor, we went up the stairs. Entering the room to check the water, it turns out the water is very small but the view is quite good. The rooms are like partitions using plywood. Finally asked to change rooms and was given a room on the 2nd floor. The room on the 2nd floor was extraordinarily dirty, the sheets didn't look like they had been washed, there were lots of stains and a lot of dust. The blankets are very thin and rough, the floor is a mix of vinyl and blue carpet which is really dirty. Didn't get a window because it was covered by an advertising board. Advice for those staying with small children because the rooms are really narrow. I paid for 2 nights here. And that day we immediately moved accommodation. Hopefully this can be an input for better management.

Saturday night, served by bitchy staff who were busy playing on their cellphones, but in the morning they were replaced by good staff who didn't play on their cellphones when chatting with guests.

The place is strategic. Close to the city center. And it's really good for sleeping for a while. Well, if you go to Bandung, you can stay here again.

The manager did not return the deposit money for various reasons, all kinds of reasons were made so that the deposit money was not returned, only because the food fell on the sheet and even then it was cleaned thoroughly, only because the sheet was wet the sheet did not want to return the deposit money, tasted in the manta trap of the hotel, plus the towels provided which are small in size. NOT a standard inn/hotel.
