The staff are good at their job. From the airport to the hotel and back to the airport was a smooth transition. Clean rooms and they’ve got a nice lobby and it’s quite spacious. They welcome you with some tea and that’s a good gesture. Highly recommended for travelers.

The photos of the room that I booked was not the room I was given, water was cool, No Ac. Staff was great food was good except when it came cold but they would reheat.

Cant upload pictures taken, but there are several design flaws that make no sense and are inconvenient (at least for my room). Hotel staff was excellent!

Location

Feel like a well managed hotel with facilities most travelers would need. My only issue was missing the working desk so I lacked the convenience for business travel.

Absolutely lovely hotel, comfortable, great service. Rooms are great, showers hot and internet strong. HIGHLY recommend.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, enjoyed my massage at the spa. With that said, at least in US standards, this hotel would not meet the requirements of a 5-star hotel. It would likely be closer to a 3.5 star hotel.

Great staff! But this is a 3* at best. And it’s in dire need of upgrades.

This hotel is misleading because it claims to be a 5-star hotel. Not even close. The rooms are clean, and I was upgraded to a bigger room. But I was disappointed because I expected a 5-star hotel. This could be a good 3-star hotel with 2-star (even less) breakfast and 5-star gym. I can name a number of 4-star (or even 3-start) hotels in Addis that are much better. The furniture looks nice, but no drawers at all. And no work table or charging/USB plugs. And it is a new hotel.

staff very helpful, hotel located in a very nice area in the city, good restaurant and the gym is excellent. The ratio price/quality is also excellent, I totally recommend it.

Amenities were subpar.

I was a bit suspicious at the low number of reviews at first but I realised that they were a new hotel once I got there. The service was honestly impeccable. The lobby and the rooms were very spacious and beautiful. The Gym is honestly one of the best gyms I've ever seen in a hotel. All in all it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
