The room and toilet were not very clean, very small for our family (we booked for a family), beyond expectations, the receptionist was not very friendly, checked in in the middle of the night, checked out straight away in the morning, in the future it must be much better

Plus points: - Cool AC - Hong Kong staff on duty were responsive when requesting a sheet change Minuses: - Unfriendly reception staff at check-in - Booked a room through the Traveloka app, but upon arrival, an additional fee was charged at the walk-in rate - Bed linens were not changed; you had to request a change upon check-in - Bar soap from the previous occupant was still in the bathroom - Expensive parking

The hotel staff was annoyed because I ordered via the app which was cheaper, not on site.

Please add some air freshener to the room so it doesn't smell of cockroaches and musty smells.

The bed was still dirty, there were lots of hairs on the bed. The sheets and blankets were itchy too. There was no AC, it felt cold.

Lots of mites in the bed! Lots of mosquitoes! Dirty bed! My body became itchy! My body was bitten by mosquitoes! Very not recommended!

The bathroom is very dirty and narrow, there are many small cockroaches, it is very dangerous if they enter the ear when sleeping. The AC is leaking.

Please pay attention to the room again, the bathroom smells very uncomfortable and the AC doesn't have any air at all. The staff are also taken care of.
