Very hospitable service, fast check-in process

Comfortable, strategic location Great service The only downside is that my 11-year-old child has to pay extra for breakfast... hee. Even though I only ate a little, I paid 75,000 Rupiah 😊

By far the best hotel in Banjarmasin. Service, facilities, breakfast (can be packed since you have to get to the airport after dawn), and very fast check-in and check-out.

Second time staying at Best World Kindai. It did not disappoint.

the staff is always friendly and every time I stay here I always get a free upgrade to a better room. And what's different from other hotels is that there is always a free mini bar (snacks + drinks) in the room. It's really recommended ❤️

The staff is very friendly ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ in the lobby you get welcome drinks, then the room is clean and tidy, you get a free mini bar in the room, the breakfast menu is all delicious... It's just a shame that yesterday the swimming pool was under maintenance, but it's okay, thank God it was cured by the cool rooftop city views 👍

This hotel is interesting, affordable, clean rooms and complete amenities. All staff are friendly, from security, lobby staff, and restaurant staff. Top, will be an option for future staycations 😄

The location is not too crowded, other options besides hotels that are close to the mall, Indomaret is also right in front of the parking lot. If you want to go to the mall, it's better to use an online taxi, so the vehicle can rest. The rooms are also comfortable. But if it's a holiday or peak season, the parking lot is full, so you might not get parking.

Because I was in a hurry to book a room, I clicked on a smoking room, even though my child and I can't stand cigarette smoke, and when I checked in, the hotel staff had already upgraded the room according to my previous request to a deluxe room from the original superior without me having to add to the room payment fee. It was really helpful and a satisfying service from Hotel BW.
