The TV didn't work at all/had no signal from check-in to check-out, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, the bathroom drain had an unpleasant smell and because the door couldn't be closed the smell came out into the room, there were no toiletries such as soap, shampoo, toothpaste & toothbrush, no bath towels were provided, from my complaint when I checked in, I was only given one in the evening, I didn't know if the towels were clean or not, their excuse was that all the towels were still being laundred & they only gave me one even though I was staying with 2 people, the wifi didn't work at all, after I asked other guests in other rooms, it turned out they had the same experience as me.

I booked this hotel + breakfast, because I brought my child! But it turned out that in the morning no one delivered food, I asked the receptionist, indeed the hotel does not provide food, usually the app will send and deliver to our room, but it turned out no one delivered food until we checked out, the app is really not trustworthy, it's the same as stealing, taking advantage of breakfast money! Luckily I brought snacks and bread, knowing this I would not have checked in a hotel without breakfast.

The room is nice, but it's a bit noisy. There's a lack of soundproofing in the room and the hangers, so it's not very comfortable to sleep because clothes are everywhere. For comfort, it's quite comfortable, for that price, it's quite good...

Everything is okay, even though there is no fan/AC it is still cold. It's just that there is not enough space to hang clothes/small closet.

The room and facilities are according to the price, even though I ordered from Traveloka there were no additional fees, from the start the check in was comfortable.... UNFORTUNATELY THE SECURITY GUARD WAS IMPOLITE, I CHECKED OUT AT 2:40 IN THE MORNING, THE GATE WAS LOCKED, THE SECURITY GUARD WAS ANGRY AND BANTER, THE CHECK OUT SHOULD BE AT 3 PM AT LEAST

The hotel staff was friendly, but the water heater wasn't working the next day.

Highly recommended to stay here, the rooms and bathrooms are clean, the water flows smoothly and quickly, there is hot water too, the staff is friendly, there is ample parking, there is a swimming pool, there is a children's play area, there are mineral water refills 👍🏻👍🏻

the service is very good and friendly, easy access. just a shame the room is too narrow and not soundproof because the window is sliding and quite large. the mattress is hard, the springs are felt and smell musty. just come here once.

Recommended for those who want to stay close to Cimory, Taman Safari/Gunung Mas, easy to reach location. With affordable prices, you can rest safely and comfortably, the rooms are clean, quite spacious, the TV also works well, you can watch Youtube or Korean dramas, the receptionists are friendly. There is a swimming pool, and the parking lot is spacious. Just a suggestion for those who want to stay overnight, you should bring your own toiletries, because they are not provided. Minus the swimming pool is a bit dirty but it doesn't matter, not getting breakfast is reasonable for that price. Overall, I think it's okay, all suitable for small families who want to stay overnight at a price that is safe in their pockets

This is the 3rd time I have visited this place. It is really satisfying. It pampers me with its facilities and views of the mountains.
