The room has ants, lacks hot water, wifi, the water is far from the toilet and does not work, the bathroom has a smell coming from the sewer. The staff was a bit amateur because when checking out, they didn't notify the customer that they had finished checking the room, so I waited for quite a long time. After asking, they told me they had checked out. When the customer has left, they call to say they need to pay for 2 bottles of mineral water.

I have been to Phu Quoc many times but this is the first time I am most satisfied with the bedroom in this Grand World area, everything is very ok, the owner is friendly, the drinks and coffee are delicious and the prices are ok, recently they sell full breakfast, the rooms are clean, fragrant, modern and new equipment, and the prices are extremely friendly, I will definitely come back here ❤❤
