The attitude of the hotel owner and staff is very bad. I booked the wrong room for a female, the hotel did not support me to solve the problem. They kicked me out of the hotel, cursed and threatened me. Do not book this hotel. I lost money without using the service here. They also did not help me solve it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Only negative point was that on two sides they were making a new building and renovating a building, but I hope that is finished next time when I go again to D'Nova hotel.

I booked for mixed bedroom. But the receptionist said I booked for female bedroom so I got extra charge for 50 sgd. Maybe there 's problem between platform and the hotel or something else.

We realized after checking out that we lost a jacket, but we are unable to re-enter the room to verify if it was left behind.

ทำเลดีมากสำหรับไปร่วมงานที่จัดใน National Stadium ใช้เวลาเดินจากโรงแรมแค่ 20 นาทีถึง, แต่เรื่องห้องพัก แคบเกินไปสำหรับ 6 คน ห้องน้ำเล็ก ใช้รวมกันต้องรอคิว พื้นห้องนอนและห้องน้ำทาสีทับแล้วสีลอก เข้าพัก 3 คืน ไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว ผ้าปูที่นอนและปลอกหมอนให้ทุกวัน ใช้วนไป 3-4 วันนั้นเลย แต่หมอนและเตียงนุ่มสบายดี แค่พลิกตัวเตียงก็สั่น แขกคนอื่นมาเช็คอินดึกๆ เปิดห้องมาก็ตื่นจากเสียงดังจัดเก็บของ ไหนจะกลิ่นตัวกลิ่นเท้าคนอื่นอีก เพิ่มเงินอีกหน่อยไปพักที่ที่ห้องพักรวมน้อยลงอีกจะดีมากค่ะ

Tempatnya Nyaman dan Pelayanannya Baik.

It was good for both the location and the price. The room is nicely tidy and clean including the bathroom and the staff ' s were polite. Overall, it ' s an okay experience for us and with hotel prices skyrocketed during New Year this was for sure one of the best option for budget travelers.

The shared bedroom is too narrow. The bed vibrates every time someone turns over.

Toilets should have cups for brushing teeth, rinsing mouth, and towels
