Clean room, no smell, enthusiastic owner

The hotel is located in an alley, go up the stairs then turn left at the Panorama sign. The hotel is clean but it's a bit of an effort to get to the room because you have to climb the stairs (my room was on the 3rd floor). The bathroom is equipped with a water heater (hot water), the room is non-AC (there is a fan), quite cool at night but a bit hot during the day (we stayed in August/summer)

The hotel is a bit difficult to find, but because I was only staying overnight with my son, I didn't ask for much. Rooms are clean

Even though the hotel's location is in an alley, it is very strategic because it is in the city center and close if you want to go anywhere. The hotel owner is very friendly and family friendly.

Comfortable hotel, strategic place, very helpful n sincere staff. Even the neighbors are also helpful. One thing to consider is, you have to go up several steps to reach the hotel. This might be a problem for those of you who have knee problems. I didn't try the food but the coffee is really good.

Hotelnya dekat banget sama City Center, yang ada air mancur sama gereja. Cuma ke hotelnya nanti kaya naik tangga. Dan kalau mau ganti kamar (dari king bed ke single twin misalnya) itu ada tambahan biaya Rp150 ribu dong. Terus kalau datang ke sini musim dingin, di kamarnya nggak ada heater ya. Air panasnya lumayan langsung ada, cuma kayaknya kalau kelamaan make, air panasnya jadi agak berkurang. Jadi tambahan juga ada beberapa kamar yang air panasnya lama banget keluarnya. Terus juga kalau mau ke Cat Cat Village, bisa minta tolong ke resepsionisnya buat minta pesenin, tempo hari sih saya dapat Rp400 ribu dong PP. Lumayan helpful kok resepsionis kami waktu itu. Boleh nitip barang juga kalau sudah checkout tapi masih nunggu bus balik ke Hanoi, misalnya. So far so good cuma ya itu aja agak kedinginan malam hari karena nggak ada heater. Selimut lumayan tebal, tapi bantal agak tipis dan kasur keras. Oh iya satu lagi, nggak ada sabun mandi, sampo dikasih tapi sasetan gitu. Tapi dengan harga segitu menurut saya worth it sih. Boleh lah.

It's a good hotel and good owner. So comfortable staying here for nights in Sa Pa. And the location is so strategic, I love it.

The owner of the hotel is super friendly, the balcony view overlooking the stone church and sapa plaza, is very convenient for traveling because in the center, the virtual living space is super nice, in general all exceed expectations.
