I'm really sorry, this is the first time I've had a disappointing stay, the room was dirty, full of insect nests but hadn't been cleaned, the bed was broken, the pillowcase was torn, the blanket was really worn out and the paint on the walls was peeling off, the bathroom smelled, I was really disappointed.

Please improve the cleanliness, the room is very dirty, especially the bathroom, the AC is very cold, the TV is broken, the facilities are very lacking.
