We had a great stay here and were really impressed by the kindness of the staff. Our tours started very early in the morning and they prepared takeaway breakfasts for us. What stood out most was how caring they were when our friend became sick. They brought a tray with tea and other essentials to his room and even bought soup for him. The staff truly went above and beyond, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.

Super helpful staff, took care of all our needs. So easy to change rooms/add nights as plans changed unexpectedly for us. Location is fantastic, close to everything. Orange bread is delicious!

Check in was great at 10am, we went with a tour company that set everything up and it was very smooth. Deborah and America came by the room to let us know that the guide was here and to check on us since it was our first day. They brought extra blanket and a heater since due to the June weather. Def a hike getting up the stairs the first day, but a nice experience.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds and beautiful views over Cusco. If we come back we will stay here again! And the proceeds from the hotel fund a local charity that helps local children 🥰
