I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Kampala and overall it delivered a solid, dependable experience in a very convenient location. The hotel is well positioned in Kampala, making it easy to access key business areas, restaurants, and main routes across the city. For anyone travelling on business, the location works particularly well. Rooms are modern, clean, and well maintained. The layout is practical, with comfortable bedding, good workspace, and reliable WiFi, which is essential for working while travelling. Housekeeping standards were consistent throughout the stay. Security is visibly taken seriously. There are controlled entry points, screening on arrival, and a reassuring presence of trained staff, which is important in this environment and aligns with what you would expect from an international brand. Service was professional and efficient. Staff were approachable, responsive, and handled requests without unnecessary delay. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well managed. The facilities, including the restaurant and rooftop pool area, are well kept and provide a good environment to unwind after a working day. Food quality was good, with a decent variety catering to both local and international preferences. If there’s an area for improvement, it would be minor refinements in service speed during peak times, but nothing that significantly impacts the overall experience.

Very good business hotel but, they charge $40 per person for airport pick up or drop off so if you are sharing with your spouse or a work colleague the service cost £80 while if one travel on their own, it cost $50. Not eco-friendly at all.

We had a great stay. The hotel location is very convenient, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is very accommodating for all your needs!

The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently.

The property is located in a safe and convinient location. The room are comfortable. The service at the restaurant needs improvement.

Let’s start with the positives! Nice big rooms, really comfy beds and bed linen, restaurants on site lovely staff and good service. Perhaps city style hotels are not my thing because the views out the window is usually queuing traffic on each side 😣 The temperature control in the room is some fancy sensor system that doesn’t work, it barely got below 20 degrees throughout my stay. At night the room felt like a box room as you can’t open the window and you can’t really control the room temperature so you feel trapped! They’ve got a lovely pool on the rooftop but again it’s barely 2 feet deep and you can’t even use it till past 9am as they’re cleaning it so late….. but gym is open 247 which was nice 👌
