Yes, its clean, peaceful,lakeview is good. Staff are good.and the best is the complimentary beverages. Thank you. Ill definitely coming back in this hotel.

Room was great

I’ve stayed here a few times before. Always the same. Friendly staff, clean hotel, comfortable rooms with nice sized TV. Underground parking in an area where parking is sometimes difficult to find.

For a new hotel, it’s behind on some things. TVs are just cable, not smart tvs. No bathroom fans.

We had a great time at this hotel! Was a quick walk to the TD coliseum. Pool was great, rooms were super clean and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast was worse, specially the hot options, my vegetarian wife and kids barely ate anything. Even eggs, baked or sausage were not good. Can be improved. Amenities were of a 2 star hotel as well.

Clean room

Location was great for going to TD Coliseum. Food options around hotel were great. The hotel was great. Only complaint was it’s very noisy in the city all night long. We are from small town in the north.

The staff made it good

Hidden fees, hidden fees, paying an extra 100 dollars on top of my stay is not acceptable. I asked what they were and all the said was for hotel. Will not be returning

The lake scene was very peaceful.

The front desk people were very friendly, attentive and professional.
