Absolute lovely old style hotel. Very clean an the staff was brilliant from start to finish. The food was unbelievablly good, 3 course for the evening meal. Due to work I was unable to make breakfast, however they provided us with a takeaway option (I don't believe this is standard and other hotels didn't entertain this idea) Thankyou to all, will not be staying anywhere else in Blackpool now.

Nice room with comfortable beds. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been a little better but overall not too bad. Our shower didn’t have hot water, which would normally have been annoying, but actually didn’t bother us too much because it was nice to cool down on a hot day. We did draw this to their attention, but no one came to fix while we were there (we only stayed one night). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and were great with the kids. The food was good and we got a tram pass with our all inclusive deal. Overall it was perfect for what we paid and what we wanted.

I was very pleasantly surprised with Park House Hotel. I had looked into about 20 places to stay for a couple of days and all had poor reviews. On arrival, I parked in their promenade car park (£10 per night but it saved hunting around the area). Lovely old fashioned hall and stairwell. Check in was really smooth and the receptionist gave me great advice on the facilities and amenities. My room was on the first floor. I was still a bit hesitant as I unlocked the door as to what is on the other side (I have stayed in terrible B/pool places before, and I was thinking of all those poor reviews of other places). I was really pleasantly surprised. I was lovely and modern. I would compare it to a decent Premier Inn room. Bed was so comfy, coffee/tea and biscuits provided, No aircon, but a great big window that opens (high up, so no danger of falling), and it has a great albeit partial view of the Prom. Bathroom was also nice and modern. 2 armchairs in the room to relax. There was entertainment on every night but I didn't go as out with friends. Same with restaurant and bar so cannot comment on food but they were busy at breakfast and t teatime when I was heading out. Overall, a great stay with really helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is very clean and definitely not dated. I will return if I return to Blackpool. Well done team.

This hotel is average at best. It’s tired and not particularly clean. Make sure you ask for a sea view when booking otherwise you end up in a box room. The hotel manager was really helpful and moved us to a better room. The breakfast is ok and the bar is typical Blackpool. I think it’s expensive for what it is

Very friendly staff, great sized clean room, not the most up to date but perfect for a nights stay and what we needed, also great breakfast and value for money with the dinner. We didn’t see the entertainment but it wasn’t too noisy when in our room

We had a refurbished room which was pleasant but there was a lot of direct behind the bedside cupboard. The check in was very very slow. 2 staff on check in one of which was her first day.

Staff were brill very helpful , rooms were nice food was nice, Negatives the £ 50 per night security deposit which they wanted , they should just take card details and if any damage charge you if , and also the £10 per night parking .

Clean room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Limited self parking that costs £10 per night. One of the better hotels in Blackpool.

It was very good although the toilet had a crack in the rim. Apart from that it was a very enjoyable experience.

On arrival reception had already checked in another party under my booking. A bit of a wait for another room. Wasn’t given any other information about the hotel which other guests were given. Room was dated but clean

The property itself is good but we were staying in a room with our 2 grandchildren and we were booked into a room with either 2 double beds or a double and 2 singles. What we got was one double bed and one very uncomfortable sofa bed. Result was no sleep for 2 nights so would be reluctant to book with children again. Also, I know the weather was really good but the room was so hot and the cold water was warm. On a better note… breakfast was good and food in bar at night with the kids was delicious.

The staff here were wonderful: genuine desire to be friendly and helpful. Excellent homemade steak pie in the bar, and perfect poached eggs each morning. My room could have done with a bathroom makeover but the sea view made up for that.

Stayed here for one night in June. First impressions of the room was quite small, but only staying one night so that was fine. The bathroom was very outdated and the toilet was a struggle to flush, this was mentioned to staff before we left. The view from our window was of a brick wall, not very entertaining. Room was clean ,but very hot, even though we had a fan. Breakfast was not of the best standard, think a defibrillator could of revived the bacon as it was so undercooked. All in all satisfied with a one night stay, but would not return.

Ideally situated on the promenade, just past North Pier, close to tram stop to all parts of Blackpool and Fleetwood. Really friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Couldn’t ask for more.
