The service was great, fast, and hassle-free. I stayed there yesterday, but I thought there was a deposit, but it wasn't. Security was good, the air conditioning was cool, and the afternoons were pleasant, sitting on the balcony with a cool, beautiful view of the trees. There's also a minimarket, so you don't have to go out to buy toiletries and snacks; just go down to the lobby.
