Amazing staff and great restaurant in the hotel

Nice stay and great staff.

Great experience

We stayed here for 10days for our first experience of Provence, and glad we did! The hotel is comfortable and nicely designed with all the things we needed. Great spaces for chilling out in the evening (with a selection of board/card games for the family to choose from) and perfectly located for exploring the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence during the day. Room Simple but spacious and nicely furnished. The wood panel theme runs throughout the hotel. Our balcony looked out over the pool and the surrounding hills, which was great. The sound proofing seemed pretty good too. Downsides: no air conditioning meant it got pretty hot. But, the hotel staff managed to get us a fan which really made a difference. Would really benefit from a fridge and safe in the room. Pool Clean and a good size, with enough sun loungers and shade to keep everyone happy. Restaurant Great breakfast with an abundance of sweet and savoury to choose from. Evening meals were tasty, but if you’re staying more than 4 days be aware that the menu changes infrequently (not at all over our 10days) and with only 4 starters/4 mains/4 desserts this can feel a little repetitive. There’s also food at the bar and the pizza’s here were super. Staff The hotel aside, we must mention the staff who were attentive and always willing to help. A special mention must go to Lola who made us feel especially welcome and made our stay that much more enjoyable. We will definitely return next time we are back this way.

The patio area around the pool needed attention to the paving ie. Jet wash & relaying tiles as very uneven. The beds & umbrellas were all new. Having said this the hotel was good quality for the cost.

Accueil avec gentillesse, cadre idyllique pour ce ressourcer en nature, décoration avec gout, confortable, repas délicieux et fait maison avec des produits frais ! Je recommande à 100%

Très bon accueil, très bon service de restauration, très calme. Petit déjeuner un peu cher.

Die Lobby und der Frühstücksraum sind super renoviert. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und voll ok - sehr wirkungsvolle Heizung. Viele Parkplätze. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Außen und in den Fluren müsste noch renoviert werden, aber das ist ja eigentlich unerheblich. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Je recommande fortement Service réception au top Restaurant magnifique, et semi gastronomique pour pas très cher. Vraiment super, juste à côté des thermes.

L’hôtel est très propre et cosy . Le personnel est sympa. Nous sommes très contentes de notre séjour

Séjour et hôtel très agréables, confortable, propre et au calme. Le personnel est très pro et à l'écoute. L'endroit est très bien situé, près des thermes. Repas au restaurant de très bon rapport qualité-prix. 2ème séjour dans cet établissement et nous reviendrons.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr höfliches Personal. Frühstück und Essen insgesamt ist verbesserungsfähig. Beim Frühstück gab es frisches Brot, aber die Eier musste man sich selbst kochen bzw Rührei selber machen. Käse und Wurst waren dürftig. Am ersten Abend haben wir im Restaurant gegessen. Das war nicht empfehlenswert. Burger war kalt und der Käse wurde als Fondue serviert. Als bereits vorgekocht und nur aufgewärmt. Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Beim nächsten Mal wieder aber ohne Frühstück oder Abendessen.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Très silencieux hormis le camion de livraison à partir de 5h45 le matin.
