Our stay was first class, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom well designed and very clean, and cannot fault the service.

The hotel service was fabulous. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning after a long international flight, several hours before the usual check in time. The hotel staff was very accommodating: led us to have a breakfast in the club and made us an early check in. That helped a lot to ease the stress from the long journey. We loved everything about the hotel, the location is superbly convenient, 2 minutes to the train station, which takes you to the airport directly without changing. Much easier than taking a taxi. Many restaurants nearby within walking distance. I had recommended it to many of my friends! Thank you, ICH!

Just one night - everything was great. Great view, great service, great room. Everything works in that hotel, fires on all cylinders. Only negative was a bit of noise from the street later into the night.

We loved how convenient it was to the poet where our cruise ship was located. The entire staff was helpful and gave great service!

We had to ask 3 times for them to come and clean our room. Service should be better for a hotel of this level.

there are two different sets of elevators. One of which we took was for a different company which we were not aware of and have not been alerted by the hotel staff. Embarrassing enough we were greeted by the staff who was so kind in guiding us to the right elevator for hotel guess.

Perfect location for dinning, walks, and to get on the cruise ship.

I am fairly disappointed with my stay in the hotel. The room has no separation between the bathroom and shower. The water is all over the place on the floor after showing. The room is noisy at night till 1 am. The service in the restaurant is not acceptable. I was trying to make the reservation with the restaurant manager. Nobody called me back after calling the restaurant twice. The floor was very dirty in the restaurant during breakfast time. This is not an intercontinental standard.

Great hotel with awesome people.

Wonderful accommodations. The location was fabulous. The only negative is the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t very bright. Hard to put on makeup for women.

Auckland was the last stop on our 26-day vacation and this was definitely the right hotel to end with. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, with a nice view of the harbor. If you are arriving in a car (not taxi or Uber), one thing to watch out for is that they don't really have a driveway in front of the hotel. Just 2 small parking spots where you can pull in, check-in or out, pack or unpack. But if they are busy you might have to make a few laps around the block until a spot is empty.
