The room was spacious for 5 people. The place was very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to enter the building and room. The distance to the Canal City is not too far. Walking distance to Tenjin and Green line towards Hakata station and Tenjin station. I would recommend this place for the place and the location.

The property is in an excellent location near Hakata station and right beside Canal city. There is an convenience store about 5min away. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. One thing to remember is paying the tourist tax. Bring smaller change or be ready to pay it with credit card at check-in.

Relaxing place to stay, shopping nearby, authentic food nearby

This is my second stay at ALFACIO RIVERSIDE STAY HAKATA and definitely, if I have to visit Fukuoka again and have the opportunity - I would choose this place to stay again. Clean, quiet, safe, offers all the amenities for a stay. Perfectly equipped and maintained. With a view of the river. Wide space. Ideal location in the center of Hakata. Close to Canal City and about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Hakata. This gives many options for shopping and dining. There is also a budget supermarket across the river and 24-hour shops nearby. There is also a subway stop nearby to Canal City, as well as buses within a short distance.

Great for multiple persons, you can cook and prepare meals inside, do laundry and dry clothes. Price is cheap for multiple persons or groups of 6 above.

Beings that this is my 3rd stay here should say it all. Great place to call home for a week.

I’ve stayed here twice in the last four months. Really enjoy having a kitchen and a balcony with a beautiful river view, and the city view will be returning here again soon.

Unstaffed hotel and I did not receive the PIN code to check in prior to arrival.

Nice quiet clean

One night was enough. There's no staff on premises so we clearly misunderstood the situation. Our fault. Though we are active seniors, this place seems better suited for young people. The room is spacious enough and view of the river is very nice. It's clean and has a washer/dryer but no English instructions so useless for us. Towels are flimsy and only one sub-par pillow per person. Very cheap amenities. Location is okay but expect to walk a lot as nothing is within a couple of blocks. Pre -check-in luggage storage is NOT adequate. Should cost less per night.

Bed bugs

A spacious place with everything necessary for living - bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. Central location - walking distance to Canal City, Hakata and Tenjin.

Greatnlocation. Very nice property. Clean and spacious. Near restaueants and supermarket and convenient store.

The host did not give us the password to open the door of the building before our arrival. The staff from the next host helped us to call to ask them for the password. We have 3 people staying 8 nights. The host only provied one rubbish bag and 3 rolls of toilet paper, which is not enough. The hand wash was running out as they didnt refill fully but we didnt know how to contact them to refill. Do not recommend.

Nice place to stay with a great riverside view. Walking distance to Canal City and the subway line, will definitely stay again.

居住環境寧靜及附近有多個露天停車塲方便自架人士。房間使用密碼出入無需要担心唔見鎖匙。房內煮食用具及餐具齊全、又有雪櫃和微波爐。露台向河景, 景觀開揚。美中不足是床褥太硬、枕頭太矮瞓到腰酸背痛(只是個人感受)。

Very quiet apartment with gorgeous river view! Walkable distance to Hakata Station (ard 10mins), big shopping just few minutes walk. Moving upwards for 5 mins & cross the bridge then you will arrive the famous Fukuoka Market Stall & night market!

To check-in was lottle bit complicated, because everything was self check-in. We had to type eache person's name and take a picture of passports. But overall was really fantastic place to stay in this hotel! All our family loved the place. So neat!
