Great location in a vibrant walkable friendly neighborhood with good restaurants and an easy 15 minute walk from the train station. We arrived jet-lagged and were welcomed immediately. We left our luggage downstairs and it was brought up when our room was ready. Our room was spacious with high windows overlooking the street. Highly recommend and would return!

A wonderful location - close to the Central Station and all forms of public transportation. Surrounded by small cafes, incredible bistros and stores - Was on the top floor of hotel, bright and clean and enjoyed it's simplistic approach.

Great locations. The vouchers for coffee and pastries next door were a treat. The perfect stay.

Clean room, very very friendly staff, and it is in an amazing location

Location was good. Stairs were steep. No maid service. No fan in the room or easily opened windows. No water replacement. The bed and sheets were comfortable. The noise from the street was loud but only until 10 pm or so. Good Beans coffee and pastry was excellent

Hotel very clean in a nice area, nice bars and coffee shops close by, and 15 minutes walk from the train station. Only concern was the stairs in hotel were very steep, stairs were about 5” deep half my foot size. Room clean stocked with towels shampoo soap ect and kettle tea and coffee.

We enjoyed our stay immensely - great location, friendly and accommodating staff, lovely room and an incredible herbal tea provided. We felt really looked after with coffee and pastry vouchers. We had an amazing speciality coffee each morning with a cheese and mustard croissant (incredible!). We also dined downstairs in the restaurant which was very ambient, the food was thoughtful and memorable - so much so, we had to order 3 desserts! Again, lovely staff and an overall great experience.

I stayed two nights at Calisto. Lovely and lively area, great location, walkable to city centre and Westerpark. Got an upgrade to a bigger room:) which was located directly above the restaurant. I’m a night owl, so I didn’t mind the noise which stopped when the restaurant closed and still on time for a good night sleep. Hope to come back next time!

The Hotel was a challenge since we had to go up stairs that were essentally like climbing up a ladder. However, the owners were very helpful. They carried our luggage up and down. They even came in to help early in the morning. The area included a great Spanish Restaurant where we were able to celebrate our friend's birthday.

The room was very clean and comfortable at Hotel Callisto. The staff was courteous and helpful. The manager even carried our luggage up to our room and brought it back down when we were ready to check out. He gave us directions and offered helpful advice. The stairs were very steep. We were on the top floor so it was quiet at night. It was a memorable Dutch experience.
