The Highlights: Prime Location: The biggest advantage of this hotel is that it is incredibly close to the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple, making darshan very convenient. Cleanliness: The property is maintained quite well. The rooms are clean, and the ground-floor waiting area is kept neat and tidy. Accessibility & Parking: It has plenty of vehicle parking space, which is a huge plus in a busy temple town. The addition of a lift facility makes moving luggage and getting around very easy. Area for Improvement: Basic Amenities: The major drawback during the stay was the lack of warm water for bathing. This is a basic necessity, especially for those looking to freshen up before early morning temple visits, and it needs to be addressed by the management.

It was really nice to stay at Hotel Kiara Eshosans Palace during my recent visit to Shirdi. The location was so convenient to go to Sai Baba Temple (hardly 100 meters walk). I travelled with my wife, her sister and brother in-law (all senior citizens). Hotel rooms were very nice and toilets clean. The added advantage of staying in a double bedroom was to avail one extra single bed. The tariff was in budget. We booked two rooms and we were very satisfied. Would certainly like to stay during our next trip. Special mention: one of the hosts, Shatakshi was extremely helpful in organising everything for us, right from booking to our check-out. Wish her a very best of future.

Positives: The hotel is very near the temple, making darshan highly convenient. The staff is also very helpful and polite. Negatives: The flat was unclean upon arrival, and the toilet was not good with a broken flush. Additionally, the lift is extremely small, and the Wi-Fi connectivity is very low with a weak signal. The excellent location and service are major pluses, but the property desperately needs better maintenance and upkeep.

Kiara eshosans palace is very nice I will stay 2 night with my family it’s feel really like a deluxe room the most important staff is very friendly specially mam MAMTA & pawan . I refer to my all friends & my Odisha people to visit Shirdi sai baba to darshan & stay comfortable

Pros 1. Very close to Sai Mandir. 2. Luxury Rooms are near and Tidy. However standard rooms are not good ambience wise. 3. Food taste in Restaurant is amazing and affordable 4. The reception staff is very friendly. 5. The kitchen people are very friendly and supportive. 6. A powerful backup generator is available which also makes the AC run seamlessly. Cons 1. The lift is not at all good. The inner door and outer door are attached with heavy spring and if you are weak or a senior citizen then most likely the inner door is going to crash on your face while entering. 2. Room service needs major improvement. We had to call every morning and evening 4 times just to get a cup of tea. 3. Intercom not working. Reaching out to reception and kitchen is like a huge task. 4. Construction work is in progress so there is no peace during afternoons as some ir the other drilling and hammering noises keep coming.
